Standing External Rotation
This is an exercise for the rotator cuff muscles. It is a more challenging version of the seated external rotation. We keep our lower body and upper body aligned in a plank position. The tendency in this exercise is to stick out your abdomen as you externally rotate your shoulders. Instead, keep your abdominals toned to maintain the plank.
