Snatch Jump

The Snatch Jump is a bone builder for the lower body. This movement comes from an event in olympic weightlifting called the Snatch. Olympic weightlifters lift a heavy barbell over their head. We do a snatch leap with just a light maple pole. This pole gives you proprioceptive feedback.

This jump has a sophisticated rythym, which is a little hard to describe in words. It is like you are jumping up and down at the same time. Or you could say it is like you are jumping under the pole.
